Description

Display Integration: KS0108 128x64 graphical LCD display connected via a parallel interface (pins 12 to 23).
Measurement System: HX711 24-bit ADC load cell amplifier with zero-tare and span calibration using a 500 g reference weight. * Volume Presets & Accuracy: Standard presets for 350 ml and 450 ml, with fine adjustment ranges (300–400 ml and 400–500 ml respectively in 1 ml steps) converted using a blood density of $1.06\text{ g/ml}$.
Motor & Mechanical Controls: Dual DC motor control terminals for pan agitation and tube clamping/valve mechanisms.
Flow Monitoring: Automated flow rate tracking (calculated every 2 seconds) with alert thresholds for low flow ($<30\text{ ml/min}$) and high flow ($>80\text{ ml/min}$).
User Interface: 4-button tactile keypad support (MENU, UP, DOWN, ENTER) for navigation and manual process control.
